UPSC CSE Second Topper Garima from Buxar Attributes Success to Online Preparation

Garima Lohia, a resident of Buxar district in Bihar, has secured the second position in the nationwide toppers list released by UPSC. In a special conversation with Amar Ujala, Garima mentioned that she prepared for the exam while residing in Buxar.
